I bought the original handy cooler (blue) a while ago and now I got a pink one for my wife and she's in love with it. The only difference is the color of the covers on the front and back, everything still works the same as the original handy cooler. Still cools air just as well, sturdy build quality, refined looks, and ergonomic design. We don't mix up our handy coolers because she has her handstrap set to suit her small hand size so I can not fit my big hand in! She suffers from hot flashes quite often so she uses this to relieve those nasty symptoms. As a guy, I don't know how disturbing these episodes can be, but she used to stick her head into the freezer before she had the handy cooler!
Since the air is quite dry here, the humidification effect is pretty good - it makes breathing more comfortable. I personally use it on my desk while working so it creates a nice humidified 'breathing zone' around my work area. I used to suffer from sinus and allergy problems due to dry climates, but handy cooler seems to help alleviate this. Atleast so far!
The only downfall is they should include a home adaptor with the set, so that we can power this from a 110V outlet. It will make life easier so we can plug it 24-7 in the kitchen, where my wife is most of the time. Nevertheless, we now use rechargeable batteries and it is quite convenient. I shall get one of these adaptors from their website soon anyway.
I bought from the handy cooler shop and customer service was good together with speedy delivery. The packaging of this product is actually pretty big (considering it needs to fit a water bottle, USB cable, the cooling filter etc.) so it doesn't surprise me shipping was not cheap.
If you upset your wife and need to make up for it (like me), get one of these. It does the magic. :)

Bought two off amazon, got to my home within 2 days of purchase. Great service, replied my tracking inquiry within hours. Getting to the product itself - its nice and stylish looking, especially the girly pink I got. The air is really cool (not cold though)and the fan power it strong. It is basically a mini swamp cooler that can be taken portably. Easy to use. Keeps me from sweating too much (I am a BIG sweater). Will buy from them again! Thanks for such a great product. :)

I have this pink color, love the fan. Worth the price. Going to post my review under the blue one- as there are more people reviewing this fan there.

Got this fan for my girlfriend as our 2 year anniversary, and she was really impressed by it. I usually send flowers and cards as gifts, but I wanted to give her something practical. As practical as it is, this little fan works like a swamp cooler, but just alot smaller. It's very portable and chills the air to an extend where I can't put it in front of my face for too long! =)
Unfortunately they don't do gift wraps so I have to wrap it up myself.
The USB cord is a good feature if you don't want to waste too much money on batteries.
The color is very nice, the quality is good - looks almost like those gadgets where you find in Europe. The motor is quite quiet, but I would recommend to only run it at half power if you are noise sensitive like me.
I recommend this cute invention to everyone.

I really like the design of this tiny fan. It's nice and chic to take on my weekly visit to the nearby outdoor shopping mall. I get so many people asking me what it is!
The cooling is decent for a cooler of its size, the instructions are very clear, and it hasn't failed me since I bought it which was already 3 months ago.
I recommend this item for those like me who don't like using cheap $2 fans.
